Ms. Annie Ng 吳敏然小姐

(Founding member of HSA)

Ms. Annie Ng has been teaching for more than 30 years, focusing on early childhood, special education, integrated education, and music development projects.

She worked as a kindergarten teacher, a kindergarten interest class tutor, and an examiner at the School of Music, specializing in music.

In 2000, Annie obtained the distinction of the Royal Academy of Music, in 2005 she obtained the ATCL qualification, and in 2010 she obtained the qualification of Orff Music Instructor. She then focused on early childhood music education, both individually and in small groups.

In 2021, she established her first education center and began to organize workshops and team activities to help individuals develop and build team spirit, putting her education model into practice.

In 2022, a sub-center was opened to promote self-directed learning, and Annie’s daughter started learning at home by 2023. In the process of accompanying her daughter, she found that families studying at home were scattered, so she began to organize a better teaching team to connect and support each other. In the same year, she obtained four senior instructor qualifications from the Beijing Preschool Education Association: early childhood education trainer, music education instructor, preschool integrated education teacher, and family education instructor.

In 2024, she started to devote herself to community service, during which she held many activities at her community center, with her daughter participating. This allowed the concept of self-directed learning at home to be presented, its core values to become real-life, and to contribute to society, giving her daughter spiritual satisfaction and responsiveness.

 

In 2024, Annie served as the Training Director of the Hong Kong Federation of Chambers for the Advancement of Industry and Commerce and the Executive Officer of the Kai Fong Welfare Association of Tin Wan Estate (Wah Kwai Estate) in Aberdeen. She carried out various community activities and training of trainers to connect people from all walks of life, including the political, business, regional, and community sectors.
