She holds a Doctorate Degree in Education from The Catholic University of Murcia, Spain (UCAM), where her research focused on innovative educational strategies. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Social Science from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (HR Training) from The City University of Hong Kong. Additionally, she was awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Business from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark, as a Hong Kong Scholarship winner.

Her professional expertise is further enhanced by her certification as a Certified Trainer from The Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM). Dr. Sylvia’s early career included serving as a Training Officer at The Hospital Authority of Hong Kong (Headquarters), where she honed her skills in human resource development and training.
