Vision
We envision a nurturing and individualized learning environment that empowers students to develop at their own pace, help them to discover their unique talents, critical thinking skills, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning, preparing them to thrive as responsible, engaged citizens in a diverse and dynamic world.
Mission
Our mission is to provide innovative and personalized homeschooling resources and support, cultivating a community where families thrive both academically and emotionally. We nurture critical thinking, emotional intelligence, creativity, resilience and social skills in students, while promoting life skills, mindfulness and a genuine love for learning.
Through activities and seminars for parents, we equip them with effective teaching strategies and project-based learning techniques, all aimed at nurturing creativity, a love for learning, and a strong sense of ethics and respect for diversity in every student.
Empowering Homeschooling Families: Shaping Homeschool Students for Success in Education and Society
The founding members of HSA do not seek to promote homeschooling as superior to traditional schools. Instead, we aim to empower existing homeschooling families by guiding them toward the right homeschooling approaches that enable a seamless transition back to the traditional school system, such as university. Additionally, we strive to equip families with effective homeschooling pedagogies that nurture happy, growth-minded homeschool students who can thrive in the real world and make meaningful contributions to society in the future.
賦能在家教育家庭：培養全人發展且能回饋社會的在家教育學生
香港在家教育協會創會成員並不旨在將在家教育宣傳為優於傳統學校的選擇。我們致力於幫助現有的在家教育家庭，指導他們採取正確的在家教育方法，實現順利過渡回傳統學校系統，例如大學。此外，我們亦努力為在家教育家庭提供有效的在家教育教學法，從而協助在家教育父母有效地培養快樂且具有成長型思維的學生，使他們能在現實世界中茁壯成長，並於未來為社會作出有意義的貢獻。
