Dr. Jacky Kwok Ho Kai

Dr. Jacky Kwok, a registered social worker with extensive experience in child, family, and community development, holds a Doctor of Education from UCAM Catholic University of Murcia (Spain), an MSocSc in Social Work from Hong Kong Baptist University, and a BA (Hons) in Sociology from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. He integrates social work and educational expertise to advance diversified family and youth service models.
As Service Manager of a short-term food assistance team, he managed services in Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong districts, leading a professional team to support families. His ISO 9001:2015-certified programs optimized service workflows and data-driven poverty alleviation initiatives, featured on RTHK’s *铿锵集*.
He spearheaded the Kai Tak "Community Investment and Inclusion Fund" project, creating innovative "online-offline" volunteer networks during the pandemic. The program earned the 2022 "Flagship Project Award" and "Social Capital Excellence Award" for sustaining neighborhood support.
Additional contributions include coordinating a "Community Economic Mutual Aid Plan" with time-based volunteer networks, directing a "Child Development Fund" for youth career planning, and co-founding the social enterprise *匯民社企*, which organized community markets to unite residents, businesses, and institutions.
